The 89 Series Draw Tite Hitch Receiver # 89015 you have has been discontinued. The closest one made today is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13540. The # 89015 fit the following vehicles:
1991-1994 Ford Explorer, All Styles
1995-2000 Ford Explorer, All Styles
2001 Ford Explorer, 2 Dr. Sport
2001 Ford Explorer, 4 Dr.
2002-2003 Ford Explorer 2 Dr. Sport
1991-1994 Mazda Navajo, All Styles
1997-2001 Mercury Mountaineer, All Styles
To order the replacement hardware, use part # RHK. Select Draw-Tite as the brand and enter part number 36246 in the corresponding field. This will provide you with all of the original hardware to be able to install your 89 Series hitch.
Attached is a link to the installation instructions.
