You can definitely just purchase the brackets and rails for your 2020 Chevy Silverado 3500 since you already have the Anderson Ultimate # AM3200.
If you would like the standard rails I recommend the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16429-204 because it fits directly to existing holes in the frame of your Chevy, thus eliminating any drilling.
I personally recommend using the B&W Underbed Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1020-5W for this application because you can pair it with the Demco Adapter # DM6140 and the Anderson Ultimate to give you a clean bed when you aren't towing. It also doubles as a gooseneck hitch so you can tow multiple trailers if the need arises. This option is definitely more pricey but it gives you a great hitch plus it will be more appealing than the base rail kit if you were to ever sell the pickup.
Since you don't have the OEM towing prep package you might also consider installing the Hopkins # 41157 which tees in behind your factory 7-Way and gives you a 7-Way in your truck bed which makes it easier to connect/disconnect your trailer wiring.
