I bought a cargo box used and it does not have the attachment hardware. It is a cargosmart 321. Would this work for it?

Yes, the Replacement Hardware Kit for Searsbox Cargo Box part # TH05603 is universal in design so you should be able to use this to mount a CargoSmart 321 Cargo Box no problem. If the 4" wide u-bolts do not line up with the mounting holes in the box already then you can simply drill your own which is very common and the kit even comes with plugs for the old holes.
