What Is the Diameter of the Tie-Down Anchor for Tow-Rax Low-Profile Floor Track

What diameter is the ring it self. Like the thickness? What is the dimensions for the gap for the ring in the clamp?

The Tie-Down Anchor for Tow-Rax Low-Profile Floor Track part # TWSPDSTD225 uses a ring which is 1/4" diameter. The distance inside the ring is then going to be right at 2-1/4" which you can see in the attached photo. If this was not what you were asking please try to clarify this for me that way I can better assist you.
