I spoke with Lippert and they gave me the dimensions from the outside of the 2 mounting flanges on the Replacement Foot Assembly # LC157584 as 2-7/8"; so you'll need to use a 2-3/4" square tube to fit in between them and a 3" bolt.
You could also use the Replacement Front Foot Pad # LC362486 which is for 2" x 2" tubes or the UltraFab # UF17-940006 which has 1-5/16" inner dimensions of the 2 mounting flanges.
