The Everchill Refrigerator part # 324-000119 like all of our refrigerators are designed to be used indoors. If you were to try and use this refrigerator outdoors the oil inside the compressor can thicken which would then lock up the motor. There can also be issues with the refrigerator not running at all due to false readings on the thermostat. If you need to use a refrigerator outdoors then you might want to consider a garage refrigerator but these are usually not 12 volt and even they would be vulnerable to such cold temperatures therefore, you will need to find a new place to install the above refrigerator.
