The Curt trailer hitch # C13119 has a 2 inch trailer hitch receiver. It will accept a bike rack that has a 2 inch shank. Some racks also have an adapter to allow a 1-1/4 inch shank to fit a 2 inch receiver. If your bike rack fits this description it will physically fit in the trailer hitch.

Based on the images in the instructions for the hitch and the video I have linked for you, it does not appear that there will be clearance issues with the rear of the vehicle and the bike rack. If you know the specific bike rack you have, I can tell you with more certainty.

With the Curt trailer hitch, Curt requires the use of a stabilization strap, # 18050, for any non-trailer loads such as a bike rack or cargo carrier. The strap reduces the stress on the trailer hitch and is required by Curt for their warranty.
