The parts to flat tow a 2016 Chevy Equinox and 2019 Chevy Equinox are different because the vehicle underwent a style change but if you are looking to flat tow both I'll give you what you need for each, starting with a 2019 Chevy Equinox:
- Base Plate Kit: Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM9519332
- Tow Bar: Demco Excali-Bar III Non-Binding Tow Bar # DM9511013
- Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 (if the Equinox is a Premier model) OR Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-152-LED (if the Equinox is NOT a Premier model)
