The wire gauge used in the LED Combination Trailer Tail Lights - Submersible part # TLL16RK is 20 gauge according to Optronics. This may seem light but the lights are LED and draw very little power. You can use Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connector - 22-18 Gauge - Nylon Insulation part # DW05743-10 to install the lights if you need them.

There basically is no difference between the part numbers you mentioned. We have the part #MCL95AB but the MCL95AS appears to be a way to order the same light in a different packaging. Both have a stainless steel base and bolt. This is submersible.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
