Recommended 205/75-15 Tire on 6-Lug Galvanized Wheel

Question:

I am looking for 4 trailer tires. 205 75 R15. I want 4 galvanized/chrome wheels for these tires. 6 Lug. I see you have the tires and wheels in 5 Lug. Thanks

I can certainly set you up with a 205/75-15 tire and a galvanized 15 x 6 rim with a 6 lug on 5-1/2 inch bolt circle, however our suppliers don't sell this as a combination and we don't have the facilities here to mount the tire to the wheel so we'd have to sell them separately and you would need to have the tires mounted to the wheels locally. You'd also need the # AM20903 valve stems.

For a wheel, I'd go with the # AM20534. For a load range C radial tire, ST205/75-15 I'd recommend the Taskmaster Provider, part # TTWTRTM2057515C. If you'd rather go with a bias-ply tire, go with part # AM1ST92 which is also load range C.

The wheel/tire combo you expressed in interest in, part # AM3S650 is a load range C bias ply tire. If you'll be doing extensive highway travel, I'd highly recommend going with radial tires instead. Radials provide a better ride quality and run much cooler, which reduces the chance of premature tire wear or blowouts.
