Does the Dutton-Lainson Quick Disconnect Winch Harness # DL24151 Include Both Male and Female Ends

Does this winch wiring come with male and female quick disconnects at the rear of the vehicle? The picture shows just one. Thank you for your time.

The Quick Disconnect Wiring Harness you mention, part # DL24151 is designed to plug directly into the winch, as shown in the photo I produced for you.
According to the instructions, the wiring harness is meant to be unplugged and stowed in the tow vehicle when not in use. If you wanted to construct a quick disconnect jumper, you could do so by using part # DL24085 and the appropriate length of 8 gauge wire. The plugs would be installed on both ends of your jumper, which could be used to connect the winch to the wiring on the vehicle.
