For flat tow wiring I recommend the Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This will permanently install on your 2003 Dodge Dakota but after the initial installation you simply use the coiled umbilical to connect your Dakota wiring to your motorhome. This kit also gives you the option of adding the Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 if you'd like to make sure that your vehicle battery is fully charged when you get to your destination.

For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
