The Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel # AM20514 that you referenced features a 0.453" diameter valve stem hole.
If you need a valve stem the Americana Rubber # AM20903 will work perfectly for up to 65 psi or the Americana Metal # AM20906 can be used for higher air pressures of up to 200 psi. I have attached a few short video reviews on these products that you can check out as well.
