Converting 5-Wire Separate Wiring on Motorcycle Trailer to Combined 4-Wire Setup

How do we convert to following Time out trailer 5 wire to standard 4 wire? Pin 1 - Yellow Wire - Left Turn Signal Pin 2 - Green Wire - Right Turn Signal Pin 3 - Brown Wire - Running Lights Pin 4 - Red Wire/Blue Wire - Brake Lights Pin 5 - White Wire - Ground Thanks

The easiest way to convert your Time Out trailer to standard combined 4-Way setup is to use the Curt 2-to-3 Converter # C56196.
You will first just need to cut off the existing 5-Way connector on the trailer. Then on the output side of the converter the green wire will connect to the green wire on the trailer. The yellow wire on the converter will go to the yellow wire on the trailer and the red wire will go to the red/blue wire on the trailer. The brown running lights wire won't go through the converter.
Then you will simply connect the 3 wires on the other side of the converter, plus your running lights wire, to a new standard 4-Way connector like the Hopkins # HMC20031.
