I am not familiar with the Packsport Series 90 Cargo Box but the Replacement Mounting Hardware for Car Top Cargo Roof Cargo Box part # CTC-18PARTS will work with pretty much any cargo box. The u-bolts are 4" wide but if your bolt holes do not match this then you can just drill a few new holes as this is very commonly done on rooftop cargo boxes.
