Recommended Tuner to Increase Horsepower and Gas Mileage on 2019 Ford F-150

I am looking for a way to use a tuner to get the horsepower and torque improved when I'd like on my 2019 Ford F-150 as well as improve gas mileage. To be clear, I fully understand more HP means more gas used but I'd like to have modes that will give me options for both. Any recommendations?
