I am looking to put a trailer hitch on my 2019 kia sorento and i also want to add a wiring harness because I don't have the tow package. the big thing is i do not want to drill into my car! what trailer hitch can you recommend that won't require drilling into my sorento?

Not wanting to drill into your 2019 Kia Sorento is a very reasonable request and we absolutely have what you need. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13195 is perfect for your '19 Sorento and does not require any drilling. It has a gloss black finish but if you wanted a different style there is the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch # E98843 which is the same hitch with the same installation but in a matte black finish.
Both of these hitches have 2" receivers and are complete bolt-on installations so you do not have to drill into your Sorento at all. They have a 5,000 lb towing capacity, a sturdy 750 lb tongue weight capacity and come with lifetime warranties which speak to their quality. I have added links to video installs of both hitches on a 2019 Kia Sorento for you to take a look at as well as the installation instructions.
The wiring harness I recommend for your 2019 Kia Sorento (without the factory tow package) is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118583 because it has the highest amp capacity of the harnesses that fit and we have found Tekonsha to be the most reliable manufacturer of harnesses. I have added a link to a video install of this connector for you to check out as well.
