Will this fit a 1998 dodge 3500 dually with Reese 5th wheel hitch rails for a drill free frame installation?

For your 1998 Dodge Ram 3500 there is a bracket kit that will allow you to install your Reese rails, but none of them are custom fit brackets. Only options are universal L-brackets like part # RP30439 which do fit your truck but do require drilling.
There are no other custom fit kits for your truck from other brands that wouldn't require drilling either.
