In order to pull a trailer with your 2004 Chrysler Pacifica, you will need a trailer hitch, a ball mount, ball, pin and clip, and trailer wiring. For a trailer hitch, you can use the Draw-Tite hitch, # 75522, that you have referenced. I have included a link to the installation instructions and a link to a video showing a typical installation for you.
For a ball mount, ball, and pin and clip, I recommend the etrailer ball mount kit, # 989900. This kit comes with 2 ball mounts, a 2 inch diameter ball, a 1-7/8 inch diameter ball, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag.
For trailer wiring use # C55530. I have included a link to the installation instructions and a link to a video showing a typical installation for you to view.
