Can the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit be Installed on the Left Side of Trailer
Question:
I need to add a second sway control to my hitch for my 28 travel trailer all models I see are mounted on right side can I mount this on left side ? Or do I need to order a left specific unit ?

Yes you can mount the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit # 83660 on the left side of your 28' travel trailer. The right side is the standard location because the lever will be on top but you can install this upside down so that you get the friction sway control on both sides of your application.
If you don't already have provisions for the second sway control hitch ball then you also need the weld-on tab # 3442 or a different head unit that has a spot on either side of the head.
