Testing 4-Way Wiring of Car to Install New 4-Way Using Non-Standard Colors
Question:
I have standard 4 pole flat plug in to car need to connect light which have 3 wires RED WHITE BLACK to flat plug How do I connect

It sounds like you are wiring up a 4-way on your car.
Typically a 4-way uses yellow for left turn/stop, brown for taillight, green for right turn/stop, and white for ground.
What I would recommend you do is test the wires you have found for voltage with a # PTW2993 to determine it's function and then wire to the standard 4-way colors by function like mentioned.
