Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Company manufactures Westlake's tires in China where many tire brands are produced. They are sold under the Westlake Tires brand throughout North America. These tires meet FMVSS (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards), are manufactured using the same equipment to meet domestic safety standards, and D.O.T. specifications. They are a value brand of tire and their ST205/75R14 radial wheel/tire combo # 274-000053 has a maximum speed rating of 75 mph (speed rating L).
