How to Add Bumper and In-Bed 7-Way Connectors to 1999 Ford F-350 with Factory 4-Way
Question:
1999 Ford F-350 Super Duty, 5th wheel in bed and bumper 7 way Pretty sure mine came with 4 wire flat from factory and has the squarerectangle connector. Currently there is a 6 prong in the bed that I am going to remove and replace with a 7. But I want a 7 way receptacle in the bed along with one at the bumper. Which parts do I need to do this without splicing a bunch of wires.

If your 1999 Ford F-350 Super Duty came with a factory 4-Way then all you need to add a 7-Way to your bumper and in the bed is the Tow Ready part # 118243 which plugs into the square/rectangular connector you're talking about and then a connector like the Bargman # 50-97-410. The Bargman just tees in to the US Car Connector on the Tow Ready part prior to connecting the Tow Ready 7-Way.
I have attached sample installation videos that you can check out as well.
