The B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package # BWRVK3300 weighs 152 lbs but is easily disassembled to allow for easy install/removal. If ease of install is a concern this one wins. See install video.
The Reese M5 hitch part # RP30922 weighs 162 lbs and the Curt A25 hitch part # C16036 weighs 145 lbs.
