I did some checking and all models of your 2013 Kia Rio can only be towed with a tow dolly like the Roadmaster # RM-2050-1 behind an RV. You would most certainly damage the transmission of your vehicle if you towed it with all four wheels on the ground.

Currently Goodyear is one of the few trailer tire manufacturer that makes tires in the USA and the only one that we carry. Unfortunately they do not currently offer a tire size of 235/80-16.
