Front Hitch for 1986 Ford F-350

Will this hitch fit the front of my 86 F350 2 wheel drive, crew cab dually ?

The B&W Heavy-Duty Trailer Hitch # BWHDRH25122 that you referenced is confirmed to fit your 1986 Ford F-350 Dually, but it's designed to install onto the frame rails at the rear. This will not fit the front of your truck.

There is not a custom-fit front hitch available for this particular model F-350. The only option we have available that might work is an adjustable universal model like the Curt # C13702, which will fit frame widths of 18 to 51 inches. This can either be bolted on with the included hardware or welded for a no-drill application.
