I do have a way for you to determine fit but I don't have any measurements of your 2002 Chevrolet Blazer so what you will need to do in order to confirm fit of the Derale 29" High-Output Electric Radiator Fan-and-Shroud Assembly part # D16928 is measure the space you have behind your radiator. This unit requires 28-5/8" wide x 13-7/8" tall x 3-1/4" deep of space to mount. If you have a clutch fan then you need to be especially careful of the depth measurement.
If you do not have space for the above, I recommend the Derale 17" High-Output, Electric, Single Radiator Fan part # D18217 which measures 16-7/8" wide x 16-7/8" tall x 2-5/8" deep. There should be plenty of space for this unit. The above dual fan setup is really nice but it is a bit overkill for your application so this is what I recommend instead. In order to control the fan you can use the Derale Premium Single-Stage Thermostat Fan Control part # D16735 which allows it to turn on automatically when needed.
