If your existing leaf springs measure 20-1/2 inches long then springs that are 23-1/4 inches won't physically fit with your current suspension setup without completely removing and reattaching your hangers and other components to new locations. Keep in mind too that leaf springs stretch a bit over time so the original length of your leaf springs was likely even shorter than 20-1/2 inches.

Unfortunately there isn't really a quick fix here as you need to install matching length springs on the trailer for them to install and operate properly for even short distances.

The closest option we have to your leaf spring size is the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e84SR that is designed for 2,000 pound axles. This leaf spring measures 20-3/8 inches long from the center of one hole to the center of the other.
