I bought this bike rack a month ago and the front lever appears to be stripped. When turning the lever to the right, it just spins and never tightens. I take the rack off every weekend and this is the first time it has done this. Two questions: 1. Can I still carry bikes until this is fixed? 2. How do I fix it? Thank you!

Thanks for your photo showing the anti-rattle rod/handle assembly on your Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 4 Platform Bike Rack # HR1400Z. For a replacement for this stripped part you can use Replacement Anti-Rattle Bolt and Lever # HRNWLB3X. You can continue to use the rack while you await the replacement part so long as the rack remains solidly installed in your hitch.

Hollywood Racks has a hitch lock with part #HRLHPT which is basically the same thing as the hitch pin you referenced but with a lock core at the end instead of a hole for a cotter pin.
