The correct base plate kit for your 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to use with the Demco Excali-bar Tow Bar 9511006 is the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit part # DM9519292 which is a custom fit so minimal modifications are required. The arms on the base plate kit are also removable which makes for a clean look while not in tow. The instructions to attach to the Demco Excali-bar Tow Bar 9511006 are shown below.
