Why Would Circuit Board of MaxxAir Roof Vent Fan Blow When Connected to Outlet Power

So you're saying that I cannot connect this fan to an outlet? Am I supposed to wire it Directly to my batteries?

Which specific MaxxAir fan are you using? The part number you referenced is for 12 volt applications and you are mentioning AC type power sources which will not be compatible.
