Trailer Hitch Fit for 2013 Scion xB Release Series

Question:

We have a 2013 Scion XB Release series. Which hitch fits. I have read that some wont fit release series. Thanx.

You are correct that one of the hitches offered for the 2013 Scion xB, Draw-Tite Class I hitch # 24815, does not fit on the Release series. The other hitch offered is the Curt Class II model # C12490 and I confirmed with one of my technical contacts at Curt that it is compatible with the Release series version of the 2013 xB. Installation instructions and a video showing a 2014 xB are both linked for your reference.

This hitch will be compatible with Class II accessories that fit its 1-1/4-inch receiver opening. I linked all Class II bike and cargo carriers in case you're in need of either of these as well as an article to help you choose one that will fit nicely on the xB.
