We definitely have a great option for you, though we do not have a traditional trailer axle with those dimensions. Instead, I very strongly recommend the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System.

These are the best option because they give you an improved ride compared to a traditional through-axle. The Timbrens work independently from one another so if there is a bump on one side of the road it won't rattle your entire trailer; this is also true because the Timbrens have progressive springs that absorb shock better than a traditional axle with leaf springs. This system is simply bolted or welded so you do not have to worry about finding an axle that meets any specific measurements, just one that meets your weight capacity.

For example, the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs # A35RS545 has a 3,500 lb weight capacity and comes with hubs. There are also systems that can offer your trailer a lifted deck height for more ground clearance such as the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - 4" Lift Spindle - Regular Tires - 2,000 lbs # ASR2KHDS04.

I have added a link to a video review and also a link to our selection of Timbren suspension systems for you to check out.
