If your 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 is leaning to the left, I assume you have come to us because you are carrying a heavy load and this is when it is occurring. If so, we have exactly what you need to fix the issue; if it is happening at all times you will need to take your truck to a qualified mechanic to diagnose the problem.
Should your truck be leaning under a load the issue can be resolved with the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TGMRCK25S which work to absorb the weight of a load in your truck bed, keeping your truck level, stable and reducing the leaning and body roll you are experiencing.
I have added a link to a video install of these on a Silverado for you to take a look at.
