I reviewed Winnebago documentation for 2004 model year motorhomes and some came with the option of a Jensen in-dash radio/rearview monitor system while others did have a Sony option. The best way to know what was installed on your specific RV is to check with Winnebago using the RV's individual VIN. I also checked forums and found comments from owners saying that the Sony system has been made obsolete and is unable to match up to new components, making a complete new camera system the better option.
The RVS system you referenced in your question # RVS-770613-NM is such a complete wired camera system that includes a large 7-inch monitor and all the required cables connectors and mounts. Please refer to the linked videos to see more on the components in this system and how it operates. This does use 5-pin connectors but I cannot be sure they match what is on your RV; I linked a photo to show you.
A wired system like this avoids the signal interference issues that can occur with wireless cameras. Plus a complete setup like this means you do not have to rely on connections and wiring that may have become degraded over time.
