Best and Easiest to Install Brake Controller for 2019 Chevy Colorado
Question:
Hey guys, what is your expert advice for an aftermarket brake controller for a Chevy Colorado? At first I loved the Curt Spectrum as is out of the way but there are some many units with great reviews Like the Prodigy P2/P3 that Im on analysis paralysis .... Id really like to get a no brainer kind of device easy to use and install, also avoid the ugly retrofitted thing hanging there .... please help!

I have a REALLY great option for you. The Curt Echo Mobile brake controller part # C51180 is exactly what you are looking for. It's super easy to install as basically you just plug it into an active 7-way at the rear of the vehicle and then once you sync it to your smart phone you'll be ready to tow with it. This saves you from having to mount a brake controller on the dash like you mentioned, is the easiest to install option, and is proportional like the other controllers you mentioned which means it senses how hard you are applying the truck brakes and then applies a proportional amount on the trailer brakes.
