The Snoblock Snow and Ice Windshield Cover # 288-06603 that you referenced features a weather-resistant polyester construction that's going to work great with rain, snow, ice, and any other moisture-related output the clouds might have in mind. Its extended height also adds coverage to the windshield wipers for when that rain freezes over to keep them from getting caked with ice or buried in snow.
