For your Jayco White Hawk Ultra Light 23MRB, I recommend the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs part # 13703. This is our most popular trailer hitch for RV's and it will do an excellent job of holding a bike rack. The process to install this hitch is also rather easy because you can use the frame brackets as your template.
Please note, not all bike racks are rated for use on the back of an RV. I have attached a list of options for you that are but out of these, I recommend the Swagman Dispatch 2 Bike Platform Rack part # S44FR because it will be easy to load your bikes up onto and the adjustable wheel hoops/frame hooks allow it to be used with several different types of bikes.
