I'd go with a powered set of landing gear for your toy hauler as that will make operating them much easier since you'd be just holding down a button instead of having to crank the jacks up and down.
For that I'd recommend the Stromberg kit part # LG-3 as this kit has a faster speed motor and a higher weight capacity so it will raise and lower the trailer quicker than other options out there. This jack also fits the standard mounting bracket dimensions found on most 5th wheel trailer so it's very likely it would be a very easy install.
