A trailer's spare tire should be the same size, type and capacity as the other tires on the trailer and those tires should all be Special Trailer tires, the ST type that we sell. Your LT195/75R14 tire is an LT type that is intended for use on light trucks, not on trailers like your boat trailer.
We do not sell tires in this specific 195/75R14 size but we do have special trailer wheels/tires that are very close in size and those are the 5-on-4-1/2 ST205/75-14 items shown on the linked page. This size tire is slightly larger than your LT size; the ST205/75-14 has an overall diameter of about 26-1/4-inches and it is 8-inches wide. Your current tire's diameter and width are, respectively, 25-1/2-inches and about 7-1/2-inches.
As long as you have the vertical and side clearance for this slightly larger special trailer tire I recommend replacing all of your tires (including your spare) with an item such as # AM32156, which is a Load Range C tire mated to a galvanized wheel.
To select the correct weight load range find the trailer's GVWR and divide this figure by the number of tires on the trailer. That tells you the amount of weight each wheel/tire needs to be able to handle. In this size we have three load ranges available.
If you can tell me the trailer GVWR and the number of axles I will be glad to provide recommendations for suitable wheel/tire products. For reference I linked for you two helpful articles concerning trailer tires.
