Is There a Curt Fifth Wheel Hitch that is Compatible with Sidewinder Pin Boxes
Question:
Ive been researching a fixed leg 5th wheel hitch for a morryde orbital kingpin box. After reading some of the questions and expert replies on etrailer Im a little confused. It was suggested that a curt q20 was good for a sidewinder kingpin box. Is there a certain q20 that will work? According to the one mentioned in the expert answer it say not to use it with a rotating pin box.

The Q Series of fifth wheel hitches are not compatible with sidewinders so you'll instead want to use something like the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C16115. To keep the king pin from rotating inside the hitch, you'll also need to use Wedge # RP64FR.
