Does the Winch Wiring On 1988 Ford F350 Diesel Affect The Glow Plugs

Will wiring directly to battery 1 of 2 create a problem for glow plugs? 1988 F350 DRW

If you do wire the winch part # BDW10039 to the main battery in the 1988 F350 it should not affect the glow plugs as long as your vehicle is running when you use the winch. I contacted Bulldog Winch and they have never had an issue with the glow plugs not working properly because of the Winch wired to the main battery. However, if you feel more comfortable you should wire the winch to the accessory battery.
