Homemade Trailer Wheel and Tire Replacement for A78-13

Hi we bought a homemade boat trailer that has a 4 bolt rim with A70-13 tires on in it. I was looking to get a spare since these are old tires. Can you tell me what the equivalent size would be?

Are you sure the tire size isn't A78-13 as that's a very common tire size and I could see the 8 looking like a zero if it was old and worn out. The modern size for this on a 4 bolt wheel would be the part # AM3S030 which has the tire size 175/80D13 on a white 4 bolt wheel that would work well. It has an overall diameter of 24 inches and a section width of 6.6 inches.
