Replacement Cover for TruXedo Lo Pro QT on a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac

Does this tarp have the Velcro attached? Is this the right tarp cover for a 2007 Ford Sports Trak? I already have the completed Unit. My tarp ripped and I just need the tarp.

The correct replacement tarp for the TruXedo Lo Pro QT Soft Roll-up Tonneau Cover TX592701 on your 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac is the Replacement Cover for TruXedo Lo Pro QT Soft, Roll-up Tonneau Cover part # TX5927-CVR.
This does come with the Velcro strips sewn into the bottom on each side.
