Most likely the Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors # BB2441SS that you referenced are the correct units for the hubs on your Dexter 4,400 pound axle, as the hubs should use the # LM67048 outer bearing. With this in mind I do still recommend verifying your hub bore diameter to be sure. These are designed to fit hub bores with a diameter of 2.441 inches.

As you can see the measurement is very precise so I do recommend using a digital caliper that can measure to 3 decimal places.

Unfortunately, we do not sell our trailer hubs in pairs. You can only get the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 4,400-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 6 on 5-1/2, part #8-407-5UC3-EZ, individually.
