How can I keep the steering unlocked with a car with a push-button ignition

Typically to get the steering wheel of a vehicle with a push button start to unlock you need to press the start button without your foot on the brake. That will move the "key" to the ACC position which will unlock the steering wheel. Since your foot isn't on the brake it won't start the vehicle.
