For a 1995 Honda Civic hatchback, the only available hitch is the Curt hitch, # 11209 that you mentioned. No other hitches will physically fit the vehicle and you will not be able to modify the hitch or vehicle and safely use it. I have included a link to the installation details for you.

The hitch does come with a ball mount, hitch pin, and clip if you plan on doing some towing. For a ball you would use # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch diameter or # 19258 for a 2 inch diameter. For trailer wiring, use # 119178KIT. I have included a link to the installation details for the wiring as well.

If you plan to use a hitch mounted accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier, Curt requires that you use stabilization strap # 18050.
