Yes, the spare tire does reinstall back into its original location after installing the TorkLift SuperHitch part # TLC1212. This TorkLift hitch is designed for a 6-1/2 foot bed.
If your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 is an 8 foot bed, The TorkLift hitch you need is part # TLC1211. The spare tire is also reinstalled in it's original position after installing this TorkLift hitch.
