In order to locate the correct replacement hubs for your 1975 Coleman Patriot you will need to pull one of the existing units and check for the inner and outer bearings that are used. There should be numbers stamped right inside the bearings themselves or if they are too worn/faded to read you can take a few measurements along the trailer spindle where the bearings ride. You will need to use a digital caliper since the measurements need to be precise. I have attached an image to assist.
Once you have the bearing numbers/sizes you will be able to choose a compatible replacement with the 4 bolt pattern you're needing. If you are able to email me with what you find I will be happy to make a recommendation. It's also a good idea to verify the Patriot's axle capacity to make sure the hub is sufficiently rated.
I have attached a link that will take you directly to our selection of idler trailer hub assemblies. You can filter through the different options based on their bearings by using the facets on the left side of the page.
Unfortunately trailer manufacturers don't do the best job of keeping accurate records of parts like these, especially on older models like your Patriot, so I'm unable to track down the correct hub assembly without the above information.
