Expert Reply:
The center cap on a trailer wheel like the Aluminum Hi-Spec Series 6 Trailer Wheel - 15" x 6" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 # AM22651 will have a screw on the front to remove without removing the tire or wheel. You actually need to remove the cap # AM90091 to access the lug nuts to remove the trailer wheel. There is a Philips head screw and an integrated tab on the opposite side to hold the cap in place so to remove the cap you will first remove the screw and then tilt the cap out from that side before lifting up and out from the wheel to remove the tab from the integrated slot in the wheel.
